Topsy-Turvy Tea- Counting Puddles

Note from Designer:  Topsy-Turvy Tea is my contribution to the 2023 XStitch the Rainbow Tea Time with Treenway Silks collaboration. It features a tea cup tipping with a splash of tea escaping the brim. There is a tea bag suspended above it, with its string forming a little heart. This pattern uses cross stitch, back/straight stitch, and French knots.

Stitch Count: 60 wide x 59 high
Design Size: 4.3 in x 4.2 in (10.9 cm x 10.7 cm) on 28-count linen
Stitches Used: Cross Stitch, Back/Straight Stitch, French Knots
Sample: The photographed sample was stitched on 28-count French Country Purple Linen by Wichelt, using Treenway Silks floss and mounted in a 6-inch embroidery hoop.
